Shipping:
 
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location and the weight of your order. Orders can take up to 1 week to process before shipping out. Tracking will be received via email provided after delivery is confirmed.
 
     Domestic orders estimate 3-5 business days for delivery.
 
     International orders can take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.
          * It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes.
          * Shipping to EU paused indefinitely. (New EPR regulations)
 
Lost or Damaged:
 
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, the safety/delivery time is not within my power. I am not responsible for lost mail. For any issues, check your tracking information, then your local post office. Don’t hesitate to contact me. We will try to work through it, and I will try to help as best I can.

Care Guide:
 
All pieces are handmade with care! Due to the nature of the handmade process, slight imperfections such as unevenness, variations in color, or texture may occur. While pieces are durable, they are not indestructible, so handle them with care. Please consider these factors carefully when making your purchase.
 
   To ensure longevity:
 
          Avoid dropping onto hard, rough surfaces. Place gently when setting down or aside.
 
          Do not bend excessively. If the piece is showing resistance, do not push further. Pieces can weaken and snap under repeated high stress.
 
          Store in a shaded, cool place when not in use.
 
          Avoid submerging in water. When necessary, wash gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Customs/Commissions:
 
Commission slots open with every shop drop. The commission period will begin on the 1st of the following month.
 
Schedule:
     In approximately 1 week, you will receive sketches of your designs with explanations via email. You are free to revise multiple times.
          * Included in the email will be the determined additional fees, if applicable.  Additional fees are incurred based on the intricacy of your design. This is due to higher material yields and fine detailing. You will be issued an invoice once accepted and the design is finalized.
     After the invoice has been paid, if applicable, expect up to 1-2 months for the custom to be made, packaged, and shipped to you!
 
I will not recreate other artists' work. Please avoid requesting copyrighted and trademarked works.
